Arthritis
Arthritis is a group of conditions involving damage to the joints of the body. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in people older than fifty-five years. Arthritis is often associated with Joint pain, waist pain, neck pain, knee pain and knee joint pain. According to Ayurveda this disease is very painful and causes bodily uneasiness, agony, discomfort and distress due to regular Joint Pains. Wrong eating and diet habits (or patterns) and hard labor invites the Arthritis disease. People suffering from Arthritis should not eat long-kept food and fast food. It is necessary to keep the stomach clean, be protected from gas or gastric problems and give proper rest to back and waist. Avoid smoking as much as you can and take good amount of vegetables and fruits with your meals. Drink lots of water. For Arthritis patients it’s good to have a morning walk in summer season and Evening walk in winter season. *Home made Ayurvedic herbal remedies for Arthritis are only effective if they are taken regularly on a long term basis. Which Indian Ayurvedic herbal medicines or Home Remedy (Remedies) Treatment methods are available for Arthritis Treatment? It provides relief in Pain resulting from Arthritis. 9) Almond Oil massage of affected joints provides relief from Arthritis Pain. 10) Regularly eating at least one Mooli (Radish) per day provides good pain resistant power to body. 11) Avoid heat and sunburn.
