1) Before sleeping, one must take long bath with Cold or Hot water. It makes you feel relaxed. Feeling relaxed gives mental peace and makes way for a good Sleep.

2) Putting aside all worries or stress, one must have a full meal, a good full stomach dinner including good amount of rice or Pulaav. You should eat food, vegetables of your choice. 4) Drink Brahmi’s (Bacopa Monnieri) Leafs juice in the quantities of 20-20 grams every night. Sleeping disorder will slowly go away.

5) Regularly eat vegetable of Patta-Gobhi (Cabbage) in dinner. It helps in getting good sleep.

6) Eating Dhaniya (Cilantro) with sugar helps in getting good sleep.

7) Mix 2 spoonful of genuine and pure Tulsi juice in one glass milk. Drink it regularly at bed-time. Sleeping disorder and Insomnia condition will gradually go away and you will start getting good sleep.
